It's okay to have a treat now and then, but if you are feeling stressed, you must find the strength to give your mind and body more of what it needs and less of what it wants. In other words, more exercise, more fruits, more periods of fasting over sugary treats, tv shows about a lust story and not a real love story, or the phone number of someone Yahuah has told you to leave alone.

Family, I cannot stress this enough. We need to heal in so many ways and on so many levels, so let's be about it and do it rather than feel good talking about it. Pray and ask Yahuah to give you the strength to do this. Confess your sins, faults and short comings. Tell Him all about it, so He can believe that you are serious and want lasting change beyond the goose bumps of a Sunday sermon.

Feed your mind, soul, and body daily with Yahuah's word, Yah-centered music, and teachings by people who show evidence of dwelling in Yahuah's presence. We as a people have to do this, so that we can heal and be available to help our brothers, sisters, husbands, wives, and children also heal. We are so close. We cannot afford to think that someone else's prayer is greater than our own when Abba Yahuah has a lap and a shoulder big enough for all of His children.
