Book Of St. John Chapters 1-5

The Word Waters Our Spiritual Growth

Chapter 5:16-31-47

September 24, 2022

31 If I bear witness of myself, my witness is not true. 32 There is another that beareth witness of me; and I know that the witness which he witnesseth of me is true.

33 Ye sent unto John, and he bare witness unto the truth. 34 But I receive not testimony from man: but these things I say, that ye might be saved. 35 He was a burning and a shining light: and ye were willing for a season to rejoice in his light.

36 But I have greater witness than that of John: for the works which the Father hath given me to finish, the same works that I do, bear witness of me, that the Father hath sent me.

37 And the Father himself, which hath sent me, hath borne witness of me. Ye have neither heard his voice at any time, nor seen his shape. 38 And ye have not his word abiding in you: for whom he hath sent, him ye believe not.

Witness of the Scripture

(Luke 16:19-31)

39 Search the scriptures; for in them ye think ye have eternal life: and they are they which testify of me. 40 And ye will not come to me, that ye might have life. 41 I receive not honour from men. 42 But I know you, that ye have not the love of Yah in you. 43 I am come in my Father's name, and ye receive me not: if another shall come in his own name, him ye will receive. 44 How can ye believe, which receive honour one of another, and seek not the honour that cometh from God only? 45 Do not think that I will accuse you to the Father: there is one that accuseth you, even Moses, in whom ye trust. 46 For had ye believed Moses, ye would have believed me: for he wrote of me. 47 But if ye believe not his writings, how shall ye believe my words?

Greetings in the name of  Yahuah Family,

When someone is an eye witness to an event, this means they were there at the scene when the event occurred. Man can be a witness for the role and work of the Messiah Yahusha, but the Word of Yah is also a witness. This is what Yahusha was saying in passage above. The Law was given by Moses and it was and is the Word of Yah. If the Jewish leaders of Yahusha's day held the law in their hearts, they would have been able to appreciate and celebrate the works of Yahusha. Instead, they found fault with anything he did from preaching to teaching to healing.

We must have Yah's Spirit, the Ruach Ha Qodesh, also known as the Holy Spirit to see, understand, and interpret spiritual matters and timing. In addition to having His Spirit, we Must have His word in our hearts, so we do not foolishly reject Him when He shows up in our lives to provide guidance, wisdom, protection, or deliverance from sin. His word is His will, His will is His way. In His word is the eternal life that the righteous seek righteously and the wicked seek proudly (without Yah)

Family, our faith in Yah and His word is so crucial to our ability to be sustained in these times. Please do not neglect to feed your spirit man with Yah's word which will increase, build, and sustain our faith in Him and His ability to guide us all the way home. Be blessed.

Shabbat Shalom.

Chapter 5:16-30

September 17, 2022

16 And therefore did the Jews persecute Yahusha, and sought to slay him, because he had done these things on the sabbath day. 17 But Yahusha answered them, My Father worketh hitherto, and I work.

18 Therefore the Jews sought the more to kill him, because he not only had broken the sabbath, but said also that Yahuah was his Father, making himself equal with Yah.

19 Then answered Yahusha and said unto them, Verily, verily, I say unto you, The Son can do nothing of himself, but what he seeth the Father do: for what things soever he doeth, these also doeth the Son likewise. 20 For the Father loveth the Son, and sheweth him all things that himself doeth: and he will shew him greater works than these, that ye may marvel. 21 For as the Father raiseth up the dead, and quickeneth them; even so the Son quickeneth whom he will. 22 For the Father judgeth no man, but hath committed all judgment unto the Son: 23 That all men should honour the Son, even as they honour the Father. He that honoureth not the Son honoureth not the Father which hath sent him.

24 Verily, verily, I say unto you, He that heareth my word, and believeth on him that sent me, hath everlasting life, and shall not come into condemnation; but is passed from death unto life.

25 Verily, verily, I say unto you, The hour is coming, and now is, when the dead shall hear the voice of the Son of Yah: and they that hear shall live. 26 For as the Father hath life in himself; so hath he given to the Son to have life in himself; 27 And hath given him authority to execute judgment also, because he is the Son of man. 28 Marvel not at this: for the hour is coming, in the which all that are in the graves shall hear his voice, 29 And shall come forth; they that have done good, unto the resurrection of life; and they that have done evil, unto the resurrection of damnation.

30 I can of mine own self do nothing: as I hear, I judge: and my judgment is just; because I seek not mine own will, but the will of the Father which hath sent me.

All Praise To Yahuah Family,

In today's post, we read where the Jews first sought to plan to kill Yahusha. What I would like to highlight is Why and after we do, we need to always remember that the spirit that sought to murder the Son of the Most High continues to this day to seek out to persecute and murder the children of the Most High.

The rulers of this time were "spiritual" leaders in Israel while Israel was under Roman occupation. Romans had the people of the Most High Yah in captivity, but the people were assimilating. Some did not mind living with and adopting the customs and practices of the Romans. This is why Israel eventually sought from Pontus Pilate to crucify Yahusha over Barabbas, a known thief and robber. I can only chalk up this mindset to the curses being in effect over our people.

For now, let's look at why these rulers hated Yahusha so much. The passage says a man was healed on the Sabbath by Yahusha, which the Jew rulers considered work. They felt this was unlawful and should not have been done. The man should have waited until after the Sabbath to get his healing. But Yah!! When Yah steps on the scene of your life bringing the very healing you need, He won't send you home and say, "Come back tomorrow." He IS our healing. HalleluYah!

In addition, Yahusha's reference to Yah being His Father set them off- and for these things, murderous thoughts came to the minds of these men. So where is the problem with this? First, Yahusha says the Sabbath was made for man and not man for the Sabbath-Mark 2:27. He also says He is Lord or Master of the Sabbath meaning it is a benefit to man and should not be viewed dogmatically.

In Yah's kingdom, there are ways that things are done and accomplished. Yah may have set a way for us to obtain what we need to sustain us in life and this may include waiting our turn.

BUT, If Yah shows up a day earlier than you expected, Do you think He will make you wait for your needs to be met? Here's another example, If you tell a friend on Monday, you will swing by their house on Friday to drop off a book he or she left at your house on Sunday, but you drop it off on Thursday because they were home and you were in their area, Does it make sense for them to be angry that you came a day earlier? Most of us would be surprised if anger was expressed here by our friend and our feelings might be hurt.

Family this is essentially what is happening here with the Jews being so angry at Yahusha for healing on the Sabbath. And, if they were true followers of the Law and understood prophecy, they would have been able to identify that Yahusha had all the markers of Israel's prophesied Savior. They were completely blinded to this glaring fact because they were not of His Spirit, the Holy Spirit, but of satan.  As we continue through this book, you will see that it is not what Yahusha did, but who He was that the Jews hated. And this mindset continues in our time.

While we tarry here in this place that is not our home, we should be about what Yahuah has called us to do. Let us take a lesson from Yahusha when He says,

My Father worketh hitherto, and I work.

Chapter 5:1-15

September 10, 2022

1 After this there was a feast of the Jews; and Yahusha went up to Jerusalem.

2 Now there is at Jerusalem by the sheep market a pool, which is called in the Hebrew tongue Bethesda, having five porches. 3 In these lay a great multitude of impotent folk, of blind, halt, withered, waiting for the moving of the water. 4 For an angel went down at a certain season into the pool, and troubled the water: whosoever then first after the troubling of the water stepped in was made whole of whatsoever disease he had. 5 And a certain man was there, which had an infirmity thirty and eight years. 6 When Yahusha saw him lie, and knew that he had been now a long time in that case, he saith unto him, Wilt thou be made whole? 7 The impotent man answered him, Sir, I have no man, when the water is troubled, to put me into the pool: but while I am coming, another steppeth down before me. 8 Yahusha saith unto him, Rise, take up thy bed, and walk. 9 And immediately the man was made whole, and took up his bed, and walked: and on the same day was the sabbath. 10 The Jews therefore said unto him that was cured, It is the sabbath day: it is not lawful for thee to carry thy bed. 11 He answered them, He that made me whole, the same said unto me, Take up thy bed, and walk. 12 Then asked they him, What man is that which said unto thee, Take up thy bed, and walk? 13 And he that was healed wist not who it was: for Yahusha had conveyed himself away, a multitude being in that place. 14 Afterward Yahusha findeth him in the temple, and said unto him, Behold, thou art made whole: sin no more, lest a worse thing come unto thee. 15 The man departed, and told the Jews that it was Yahusha, which had made him whole.

Greetings Family,

We never need to worry that Yahuah and Yahusha do not know what we go through on a day to day basis. They always know what is going on not just in our lives, but the world as a whole. Yahusha knows who we are and where we are and what we need. In the miracle about, Yahusha heals a man that had an infirmity, a sickness for thirty eight years. What a wonderful gift it was to that man who had been ill for so long!

As we continue to read this passage, we will learn that not everyone was happy about this miracle. For today, we will just enjoy the fact that we are not alone in sickness or any challenge we face. We only need to turn ourselves over into the Master's hands. I think a great take away from this story is that when Yahusha comes into our lives to handle a situation, we need to be certain it is Him and then ask for His grace to be obedient to whatever He asks us to do. For the man above, he only needed to pick up his pallet or blankets he slept on and walk. For us, it might be as simple as changing the way we eat, the people we keep company with, or adjusting our schedule, so we can keep the Sabbath. That's right, this man received his healing on the Sabbath!

The second take away would most likely be to follow any instructions Yahusha gives us after He heals us. For this man, he needed to quit sinning. Although the bible does not say what the man was doing, Yahusha knew and it is implied that if the man does not stop, a worse thing will happen to him. By the way, Yahusha is our healing. Believing in Him and on the power of His name, is the supernatural act of faith-believing in something before we see it. It can be scary at times when we are having a hard time and need His presence and power, but we must actively take our mind and thoughts back to His word. He is the Faithful One and does not abandon His children. Bless His Holy Qodesh Name.

Shabbat Shalom

Chapter 4:43-54

September 3, 2022

43 Now after two days he departed thence, and went into Galilee. 44 For Yahusha himself testified, that a prophet hath no honour in his own country. 45 Then when he was come into Galilee, the Galilaeans received him, having seen all the things that he did at Jerusalem at the feast: for they also went unto the feast.

46 So Yahusha came again into Cana of Galilee, where he made the water wine. And there was a certain nobleman, whose son was sick at Capernaum. 47 When he heard that Yahusha was come out of Judaea into Galilee, he went unto him, and besought him that he would come down, and heal his son: for he was at the point of death. 48 Then said Yahusha unto him, Except ye see signs and wonders, ye will not believe.49 The nobleman saith unto him, Sir, come down ere my child die. 50 Yahusha saith unto him, Go thy way; thy son liveth. And the man believed the word that Yahusha had spoken unto him, and he went his way. 51 And as he was now going down, his servants met him, and told him, saying, Thy son liveth. 52 Then inquired he of them the hour when he began to amend. And they said unto him, Yesterday at the seventh hour the fever left him. 53 So the father knew that it was at the same hour, in the which Yahusha said unto him, Thy son liveth: and himself believed, and his whole house. 54 This is again the second miracle that Yahusha did, when he was come out of Judaea into Galilee.

Shabbat Shalom Family,

The book of Hebrews is the book in Torah the explains the foundation of the faith of the Hebrew people. Chapter 11 is the chapter that tells of the faith of our forefathers and the divine interventions and miracles they experienced because they believed Yahuah's word before they physically saw their prayers answered. Faith is defined below.

1 Now faith is the substance of things hoped for, the evidence of things not seen. 2 For by it the elders obtained a good report.

3 Through faith we understand that the worlds were framed by the word of Yah, so that things which are seen were not made of things which do appear. Hebrews 11:1-3

After reading this, we can understand that the nobleman whose son was sick as described in John 4:46, was manifesting his faith in Yahusha when he heard Yahusha was in town. This is the same town where Yahusha started becoming "famous" because people heard he turned water into wine.

The nobleman believed his dying son could be healed before he was able to physically see and speak to Yahusha to ask for the healing. That kind of belief is the foundation of our faith today. We do not always experience an instant healing or miracle for our situation. Some healings and miracles take place over time, but it is still a healing. Our faith provides the hope we need to hold onto Yah's word until our prayers are answered according to His will.

In all things, we must trust the Most High to guide us by His Spirit and see us through. It is to our benefit for blessings to put sin away from us and to seek to walk Yahuah's righteous path on a daily basis. A righteous lifestyle pleases Yahuah and allows Him to release blessings to us. Although we do not always know how our prayers will be answered, we do know Yah always hears His children and His ears are open to our cries for strength, help, and deliverance.

Be blessed today by reading Hebrews chapter 11 and learning how our forefathers persevered through many trials by faith. They laid a foundation that is for our learning and encouragement. There is so much discouragement in the world today, but Yahuah and His Son Yahusha has not left us without hope or help. HalleluYah. He is faithful and will keep us.

Chapter 4:27-42

August 27, 2022

27 And upon this came his disciples, and marvelled that he talked with the woman: yet no man said, What seekest thou? or, Why talkest thou with her? 28 The woman then left her waterpot, and went her way into the city, and saith to the men, 29 Come, see a man, which told me all things that ever I did: is not this Ha Mashiach? 30 Then they went out of the city, and came unto him.

31 In the mean while his disciples prayed him, saying, Master, eat. 32 But he said unto them, I have meat to eat that ye know not of. 33 Therefore said the disciples one to another, Hath any man brought him ought to eat? 34 Yahusha saith unto them, My meat is to do the will of him that sent me, and to finish his work. 35 Say not ye, There are yet four months, and then cometh harvest? behold, I say unto you, Lift up your eyes, and look on the fields; for they are white already to harvest. 36 And he that reapeth receiveth wages, and gathereth fruit unto life eternal: that both he that soweth and he that reapeth may rejoice together. 37 And herein is that saying true, One soweth, and another reapeth. 38 I sent you to reap that whereon ye bestowed no labour: other men laboured, and ye are entered into their labours.

39 And many of the Samaritans of that city believed on him for the saying of the woman, which testified, He told me all that ever I did. 40 So when the Samaritans were come unto him, they besought him that he would tarry with them: and he abode there two days. 41And many more believed because of his own word; 42 And said unto the woman, Now we believe, not because of thy saying: for we have heard him ourselves, and know that this is indeed Ha Masiach, the Saviour of the world.

Welcome Family,

Have you ever found yourself intending to work on something for about an hour and before you knew it, you were feeling hunger pains because you had actually been working from morning right into the afternoon lunchtime- because you had to get a certain amount of work done? This describes a situation Yahusha found himself in as He passed through Samaria. It wasn't that He did not feel natural hunger, but another matter was more important.

I enjoy listening to stories told by Yahusha that are practical, but help us to understand spiritual matters. In the same way that we need to eat, we also need to be about our Heavenly Father's business.

This is the time when we need to be in constant prayer for ourselves, our people, and all the people who will eventually become part of Yahuah's family. We can only do this if we are in tune with Yahuah, so that He can prepare us to work the fields of the earth. By planting the seed of Torah, the Word pf Yahuah, who is also Yahusha into the hearts of men, we partner with Him in His plan of salvation. Notice how the woman of Samaria became converted and convinced of who Ha Mashiach/Yahusha was and instantly became a "preacher of the Word" and "many Samaritans of the city believed on Him (Yahusha)...."

Somedays we have to put food aside and fast to get work done for Yahuah. It is in doing what He asks us to do in obedience that we find soul satisfaction. It is a joy to share Yahuah's holy word and the love of Yahusha with those who are not yet sealed in salvation-the forgiveness of their sins and the set apartness from the deception that is in the world today. Sealed to righteousness. No matter where Yahuah has us in the process, whether we are sowing or reaping, sharing scriptures or encouraging someone to trust in Him, fasting or praying on behalf of others, it is a labor of Yahuah's grace, mercy, and love for HIs creation. He sees all that we avail ourselves to on behalf of His work in the earth, which is also Kingdom work and will reward us for our faithfulness to Him.

Shabbat Shalom!

Chapter 4:1-26

August 20, 2022

1When therefore Yahusha knew how the Pharisees had heard that he made and baptized more disciples than John, 2 (Though Yahusha himself baptized not, but his disciples,) 3 He left Judaea, and departed again into Galilee. 4 And he must needs go through Samaria. 5 Then cometh he to a city of Samaria, which is called Sychar, near to the parcel of ground that Jacob gave to his son Joseph. 6 Now Jacob's well was there. Yahusha therefore, being wearied with his journey, sat thus on the well: and it was about the sixth hour.

7 There cometh a woman of Samaria to draw water: Yahusha saith unto her, Give me to drink. 8(For his disciples were gone away unto the city to buy meat.) 9 Then saith the woman of Samaria unto him, How is it that thou, being a Jew, askest drink of me, which am a woman of Samaria? for the Jews have no dealings with the Samaritans. 10 Yahusha answered and said unto her, If thou knewest the gift of Yah, and who it is that saith to thee, Give me to drink; thou wouldest have asked of him, and he would have given thee living water. 11The woman saith unto him, Sir, thou hast nothing to draw with, and the well is deep: from whence then hast thou that living water? 12Art thou greater than our father Jacob, which gave us the well, and drank thereof himself, and his children, and his cattle? 13 Yahusha answered and said unto her, Whosoever drinketh of this water shall thirst again: 14 But whosoever drinketh of the water that I shall give him shall never thirst; but the water that I shall give him shall be in him a well of water springing up into everlasting life.

15The woman saith unto him, Sir, give me this water, that I thirst not, neither come hither to draw. 16Yahusha saith unto her, Go, call thy husband, and come hither. 17 The woman answered and said, I have no husband. Yahusha said unto her, Thou hast well said, I have no husband: 18For thou hast had five husbands; and he whom thou now hast is not thy husband: in that saidst thou truly. 19 The woman saith unto him, Sir, I perceive that thou art a prophet. 20 Our fathers worshipped in this mountain; and ye say, that in Jerusalem is the place where men ought to worship. 21 Yausha saith unto her, Woman, believe me, the hour cometh, when ye shall neither in this mountain, nor yet at Jerusalem, worship the Father. 22 Ye worship ye know not what: we know what we worship: for salvation is of the Jews. 23 But the hour cometh, and now is, when the true worshippers shall worship the Father in spirit and in truth: for the Father seeketh such to worship him. 24 Yah is a Spirit: and they that worship him must worship him in spirit and in truth. 25 The woman saith unto him, I know that Messias cometh, which is called Ha  Mashiach: when he is come, he will tell us all things. 26 Yahusha saith unto her, I that speak unto thee am he.

Shalom Family,

The Most High is so wise in how he deals with man, especially one whom He wishes to reveal Himself. The woman from Samaria thought she could draw water at a time when not many other women would be drawing water. Most women are probably drawing before 6PM because you need water for the whole day. She may have had to deal with quite a bit of stigma being married five times and now having a partner she is not married to. Maybe she was shunned and just found it easier to take care of daily tasks when there was less people around. Either way, She had an appointment with Yahusha.

He knew who she was and where she would be when He met her. Keep in mind that Yahusha is the visible image of Yahuah (Yah) the invisible Aluah/Elohiym. He put this woman on his calendar, so He could give her a real relationship that would count for something (her soul) and one in which she could never be rejected or abandoned. How about that? Yah is so good to His people. Even though people, like the Jews during this time often have factions and divisions among themselves. This was another stigma that all the Samaritan had to endure. It is believed the Samaritans were the descendants from Ephraim and Manessah who were Joseph's sons. The bible refers to them sometimes and half tribes because Joseph's wife was Egyptian.

Imagine that. Yah would even allow Joseph to marry outside of his tribe, but you see Yah had a plan in mind to save Israel and some of the Egyptians too. He is so wise. So this woman was asked a question to spark the necessary conversation. At first, she became a little religious about worshipping on the mountain. This probably amused the Most High, but then He turned it right around on her -not to embarrassed her, but to get her to talk less and listen more -and she did. He revealed all the places where she hurt, but had to hide and gave her an opportunity to choose Him. She became an instant believer once she understood He knew all about her.

What areas do we hide and pet because there is some past back story people don't know about because we are ashamed and afraid? Yah knows all about it and if He is speaking to your heart, just know that whatever that thing is -it's not stopping Him from loving you and reaching out to you to heal you. Don't give the Most High a lot of lip service when He asks about your life and what you are doing. Be real and be honest because He knows anyway and the faster we get real with HIm, the sooner we will be healed in our minds, bodies, and spirits. He is a good and great Aluah (more accurate than saying God). TImes are getting harder and people are becoming more desperate, but Yah is faithful to those who humbly come to Him like a little child. And, He wants to be the Heavenly Father you always needed and wanted.

Shabbat Shalom!

Chapter 3:22

August 13, 2022

22 After these things came Yahusha and his disciples into the land of Judaea; and there he tarried with them, and baptized. 23 And John also was baptizing in AEnon near to Salim, because there was much water there: and they came, and were baptized. 24 For John was not yet cast into prison.

25 Then there arose a question between some of John's disciples and the Jews about purifying. 26 And they came unto John, and said unto him, Rabbi, he that was with thee beyond Jordan, to whom thou barest witness, behold, the same baptizeth, and all men come to him. 27John answered and said, A man can receive nothing, except it be given him from heaven. 28 Ye yourselves bear me witness, that I said, I am not the Christ, but that I am sent before him. 29 He that hath the bride is the bridegroom: but the friend of the bridegroom, which standeth and heareth him, rejoiceth greatly because of the bridegroom's voice: this my joy therefore is fulfilled. 30 He must increase, but I must decrease.

31 He that cometh from above is above all: he that is of the earth is earthly, and speaketh of the earth: he that cometh from heaven is above all. 32 And what he hath seen and heard, that he testifieth; and no man receiveth his testimony. 33 He that hath received his testimony hath set to his seal that Yahuah is true. 34 For he whom Yah hath sent speaketh the words of Yah: for Yah giveth not the Spirit by measure unto him. 35 The Father loveth the Son, and hath given all things into his hand. 36 He that believeth on the Son hath everlasting life: and he that believeth not the Son shall not see life; but the wrath of Yah abideth on him.

Greetings Family,

All that we are and all we hope to be in righteous comes from our Heavenly Father. He is the gift giver and we are the receivers. All that is good and perfect comes from Him. Therefore, He receives all the glory for the blessings we receive.

John the Baptist was the forerunner for Ha Mashiach, the Christ. He was a servant in Yahuah's kingdom sent to prepare the hearts of men for Yahusha's coming. John was sent as a gift to us and the people of his time because he fulfilled his role. Yahusha is also a gift to us and the world and only we can choose to receive Him.

While ministering, some of John's disciples became confused about the volume of people coming to Yahusha's disciples to be baptised. John had to remind them of his previous words and that he must decrease in ministry, so that Yahusha's life and ministry could increase. The focus of All ministry from Torah must be Yahuah and the redeeming work of His Son, Yahusha. It is not a popularity contest for man.

The redeeming work of Ha Mashiach paved the way for us to find our way back to our Heavenly Father Yahuah. There was no other way. Note that those who reject Him already has the wrath of the Father on them and that wrath abides on them if they do not repent of their sins and accept Yah's gift of salvation in Yahusha. We all had wrath abiding on us until Yahusha paid the price of sin with His precious, cleansing, and priceless blood. If the blood of your child was shed for the life of others and was rejected, how would you feel?

The Torah/Bible tells us that while we were yet sinners, Christ/Ha Mashiach died for us. He paid a debt we did not know we owed, at first, but now that we do know, we have a responsibility to respond wisely and graciously. May you respond in such a way to the love the Father has for your soul. May you come to know the depth of Yahusha's love for the Father and your eternal soul, which is also priceless.

Have a blessed Sabbath and Samba

Chapter 3:16-21

August 6, 2022

16For Yahuah [Yah] so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life. 17 For Yah sent not his Son into the world to condemn the world; but that the world through him might be saved.18He that believeth on him is not condemned: but he that believeth not is condemned already, because he hath not believed in the name of the only begotten Son of Yah. 19 And this is the condemnation, that light is come into the world, and men loved darkness rather than light, because their deeds were evil. 20 For every one that doeth evil hateth the light, neither cometh to the light, lest his deeds should be reproved. 21 But he that doeth truth cometh to the light, that his deeds may be made manifest, that they are wrought in Yah.

Greetings Family,

I pondered a thought one day recently that if the world really knew why Yahusha came and what He did for mankind, almost everyone would love. worship, and honor Him. This is simple to say, but most likely complex for many to understand because we as human beings have been going our own way for so long. We forgot an Almighty created us and existed before the world was created.

There was a time when even all the nations around Israel feared Israel and their "God" because of the mighty acts Yahuah displayed on behalf of His people. It's kind of like He is doing now except that some people do not believe the Mos High is behind anything catastrophic OR they believe He is behind everything terrible thing that happens to man OR they don't believe in HIm at all.  It does not matter. Things exist beyond the view of the naked eye.

Yahuah loves His people and creation, but we are all under a curse called sin. Notice verse 18- If we do not believe on Yahusha, we are condemned already because of the curse of sin on mankind. If we do not acknowledge this, it still does not make it untrue. Yahusha broke the curse of sin with His death, burial, and resurrection. Now all we have to do is receive Him and believe Him and live for Him. He saves and seals our souls for eternity. What a woe and worry for those who do not or will not believe. What a great gift for those who can receive Him and believe in Him.

Family, the wickedness in the earth increaseth daily. Are we not in need of divine protection and a Savior? John 3:16 has been a beloved scripture by many for as long as we could read and understand it. But, never has it been more appropriate than the times we currently live in. This world is dying, but our souls do not have to die with it.

Yahuah and Yahusha, our light and our salvation. Yahuah and Yahusha, the strength of our lives.

Have a blessed Shabbat and Samba Family.

Chapter 3:1-15

1 There was a man of the Pharisees, named Nicodemus, a ruler of the Jews: 2 The same came to Jesus by night, and said unto him, Rabbi, we know that thou art a teacher come from Yahuah/Yah: for no man can do these miracles that thou doest, except God be with him. 3 Yahusha answered and said unto him, Verily, verily, I say unto thee, Except a man be born again, he cannot see the kingdom of Yah.

4 Nicodemus saith unto him, How can a man be born when he is old? can he enter the second time into his mother's womb, and be born? 5 Yahusha answered, Verily, verily, I say unto thee, Except a man be born of water and of the Spirit, he cannot enter into the kingdom of Yah. 6 That which is born of the flesh is flesh; and that which is born of the Spirit is spirit. 7 Marvel not that I said unto thee, Ye must be born again. 8 The wind bloweth where it listeth, and thou hearest the sound thereof, but canst not tell whence it cometh, and whither it goeth: so is every one that is born of the Spirit.

9 Nicodemus answered and said unto him, How can these things be? 10 Yahusha answered and said unto him, Art thou a master of Israel, and knowest not these things? 11 Verily, verily, I say unto thee, We speak that we do know, and testify that we have seen; and ye receive not our witness. 12 If I have told you earthly things, and ye believe not, how shall ye believe, if I tell you of heavenly things? 13 And no man hath ascended up to heaven, but he that came down from heaven, even the Son of man which is in heaven. 14 And as Moses lifted up the serpent in the wilderness, even so must the Son of man be lifted up: 15 That whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have eternal life.

Shabbat Shalom Family,

Religion Does Not Save Anyone.

Wordly Status Does Not Guarantee You A Place In Heaven.

Nicodemus was a leader in Israel at the time Yahusha began His ministry, and yet he did not understand the difference between and natural and spiritual birth. Remember last week we talked about not being carnally minded? Surely, Nicodemus was operating on a very base level to even suggest that men can go back into their mother's wombs to be born again! There is a physical incubation time for the birth of a baby and there is also an incubation time for a spiritual birth and awakening to living the rest of your earthly life, in this earthly space, from the realm of the spirit. There is no way to leap over this process.

In these last days, living life according to the leading of the Holy Spirit or Ruach Ha Qodesh is a must. We will not be able to rely on what others say "God" is saying or by what we see. We walk by faith and not by sight. Faith is like spiritual currency for these times. Family, we must learn to be led solely by Yah's spiritual guidance, so that we can navigate the mass deception that is here now in the world to lead men astray from Truth.

My prayer daily is that Yah would continue to work in the hearts and minds of His people that they may come out of the deception in world and that we who are in the Truth (Yahuah's Word) might remain steadfast. HalleluYah.

Peace and Blessings!

Chapter 2:12-25

July 23, 2022

12 After this he went down to Capernaum, he, and his mother, and his brethren, and his disciples: and they continued there not many days.

13 And the Jews' passover was at hand, and Yahusha went up to Jerusalem, 14 And found in the temple those that sold oxen and sheep and doves, and the changers of money sitting: 15 And when he had made a scourge of small cords, he drove them all out of the temple, and the sheep, and the oxen; and poured out the changers' money, and overthrew the tables; 16 And said unto them that sold doves, Take these things hence; make not my Father's house an house of merchandise. 17 And his disciples remembered that it was written, The zeal of thine house hath eaten me up. 18 Then answered the Jews and said unto him, What sign shewest thou unto us, seeing that thou doest these things? 19 Jesus answered and said unto them, Destroy this temple, and in three days I will raise it up. 20 Then said the Jews, Forty and six years was this temple in building, and wilt thou rear it up in three days? 21 But he spake of the temple of his body. 22 When therefore he was risen from the dead, his disciples remembered that he had said this unto them; and they believed the scripture, and the word which Yahusha had said.

23 Now when he was in Jerusalem at the passover, in the feast day, many believed in his name, when they saw the miracles which he did. 24 But Yahusha did not commit himself unto them, because he knew all men, 25 And needed not that any should testify of man: for he knew what was in man.

Shabbat Shalom Family,

When Yahusha drove out the money changers above, he was driving out disorder and chaos to establish our Heavenly Father's order. When we turn our lives over to Him by asking to be forgiven of our sins, the chaos and disorder in our lives starts to reverse course and line up with Yahuah's righteous order. This does not mean all of our problems and troubles go away, it means that we have been set apart for righteousness and that- will automatically bring persecution from the world. However, we should not let this discourage us. Yahusha said for us to be of good cheer in this situation because He is in us and He has overcome the world.

One of the greatest challenges we face in the world is the constant of choosing to believe and do what is right over what our flesh wants. We have to choose to feed and nourish our spiritual man, not our carnal desires. We have to learn how to walk and govern ourselves according to the leading of Yahuah's Holy Spirit and not the spirit or spirits of the world. When Yahusha spoke of the destruction of His temple and raising it up in 3 days, He was speaking spiritually, but those who are carnally minded did not understand. Thankfully this scripture is explained for us, sometimes it is not and we have to seek the Most High for understanding. This requires spiritual maturity.

From this passage, we can see that Yahusha took time with His disciples to "prove Himself". He wanted them to see that He was actually fulfilling prophecy right before their eyes and it encouraged and built their faith. When they were more mature, as time went on, they also became teachers and preachers of the Kingdom winning many people to Yahusha, The Way, The Truth, and The Life (Eternal). This is a model example of how we must subject our minds, thoughts, and actions to Yahuah's word, so that as He guides us in this life, we can help guide others to repentance, righteosness, Yahusha, Yahuah, and The Kingdom.

Be Blessed Family

Chapter 2:1-11

July 17, 2022

1 And the third day there was a marriage in Cana of Galilee; and the mother of Yahusha was there: 2 And both Yahusha was called, and his disciples, to the marriage. 3 And when they wanted wine, the mother of Yahusha saith unto him, They have no wine. 4 Yahusha saith unto her, Woman, what have I to do with thee? mine hour is not yet come. 5 His mother saith unto the servants, Whatsoever he saith unto you, do it. 6 And there were set there six waterpots of stone, after the manner of the purifying of the Jews, containing two or three firkins apiece. 7 Yahusha saith unto them, Fill the waterpots with water. And they filled them up to the brim. 8 And he saith unto them, Draw out now, and bear unto the governor of the feast. And they bare it. 9 When the ruler of the feast had tasted the water that was made wine, and knew not whence it was: (but the servants which drew the water knew;) the governor of the feast called the bridegroom, 10 And saith unto him, Every man at the beginning doth set forth good wine; and when men have well drunk, then that which is worse: but thou hast kept the good wine until now. 11 This beginning of miracles did Yahusha in Cana of Galilee, and manifested forth his glory; and his disciples believed on him.

Shalom Family, I pray  you all had an enjoyable day of physical and spiritual renewal.

Highlights from the passage:

I used to think, "What did Jesus/Yahusha mean by "mine hour is not yet "? Why did he say this to his mother in response to a comment about wine? The Most High showed me the outcome of the 'water turned to wine miracle' and revealed it is an expression of what the water of the word does to our spirits when we continually allow ourselves to be cleansed inside and out by His word. The Holy Spirit/ Ruach Ha Qodesh fills us with the essence of His Spirit to give life and wisdom and counsel to others in their time of need. ***I apologize Family, I left out this crucial part in my explanation. The Ruach Ha Qodesh could not come until Yahusha was resurrected. He said the Ruach would lead us and guide us into all truth. This is why Yahusha said his time had not yet come-meaning when he performed this miracle, it was not yet time for him to be crucified.

In addition, Yahusha's water to wine was a witness  to the servants who bore the wine that they might believe in Him and to His disciples that their faith would be solidified in Him-for this was the second miracle he performed in their presence. We can say that the disciples were like "babes" in Yahusha.

Blessed are we and blessed is the day when we transition from having to "see" everything the Most High is doing before we Believe Him at His word (and this is a personal word for me). Thank you Abba Yah.

Finally, I want to say in these last days, you will personally find that your personal walk with the Most High boils down to Faith, whether you are a believer indeed of His ownership of the heavens and earth or someone who is tossed around with every wind of doctrine. Yahusha said blessed is he who has not seen and yet has believed. We cannot please our Creator without Faith (in Him).

Chapter 1:35-51

July 9, 2022

35 Again the next day after John stood, and two of his disciples; 36 And looking upon Yahusha as he walked, he saith, Behold the Lamb of Yah! 37 And the two disciples heard him speak, and they followed Yahusha. 38 Then Yahusha turned, and saw them following, and saith unto them, What seek ye? They said unto him, Rabbi, (which is to say, being interpreted, Master,) where dwellest thou? 39 He saith unto them, Come and see. They came and saw where he dwelt, and abode with him that day: for it was about the tenth hour. 40 One of the two which heard John speak, and followed him, was Andrew, Simon Peter's brother. 41 He first findeth his own brother Simon, and saith unto him, We have found the Messias, which is, being interpreted, the Christ. 42 And he brought him to Yahusha. And when Yahusha beheld him, he said, Thou art Simon the son of Jona: thou shalt be called Cephas, which is by interpretation, A stone.

43 The day following Yahusha would go forth into Galilee, and findeth Philip, and saith unto him, Follow me. 44 Now Philip was of Bethsaida, the city of Andrew and Peter. 45 Philip findeth Nathanael, and saith unto him, We have found him, of whom Moses in the law, and the prophets, did write, Yahusha of Nazareth, the son of Joseph. 46 And Nathanael said unto him, Can there any good thing come out of Nazareth? Philip saith unto him, Come and see. 47 Yahusha saw Nathanael coming to him, and saith of him, Behold an Israelite indeed, in whom is no guile! 48 Nathanael saith unto him, Whence knowest thou me? Yahusha answered and said unto him, Before that Philip called thee, when thou wast under the fig tree, I saw thee. 49 Nathanael answered and saith unto him, Rabbi, thou art the Son of Yah; thou art the King of Israel. 50 Yahusha answered and said unto him, Because I said unto thee, I saw thee under the fig tree, believest thou? thou shalt see greater things than these. 51 And he saith unto him, Verily, verily, I say unto you, Hereafter ye shall see heaven open, and the angels of Yah ascending and descending upon the Son of man.

Shabbat Shalom Family,

Highlights from the passage:

John the Baptist was preparing the hearts of men for the coming of Yahusha, our salvation and Savior. When Yahusha finally arrived on the scene, John recognized Him immediately because the Father Yah told him how to recognize him. Once he identified Yahusha, he led his disciples to Him. That is how we should be as good stewards of Yahuah's word and as vessels of honor that carry His Holy Spirit within us. We don't own anyone and certainly not Yah's people, but we do have a responsibility to share Him with our family and friends and anyone who will listen to the eternal words of life found in Torah and manifested in the flesh by Yahusha.

Nathaniel was called by Yahusha-an Israelite in whom there is no guile or deceit. Nathaniel was surprised that he was already known by Yahusha in a place that no one but Yahusha could know. Because He knew something "secret" about Nathaniel, Nathaniel knew and believed in Yahusha. Some of us get a direct sign from on high that helps us to believe and some of us just believe the word because the word (Torah) brings life to our souls. It is not important how Yah through Yahusha speaks to us, but it is important to answer-and bring someone along with you to answer the call on their life. In other words, when and where you can make disciples for Yahusha. He is our (Israel/Yisrael/YasharAl) King. HALLELUYAH

The Calling of Yahusha is no small matter. Whether you are called through another person's ministry or by Yahusha Himself, it's the call you don't want to miss or ignore; it is the call for the salvation of your soul. Answer the Master's call so that He can forgive, heal, cleanse, and save the best part of who you are.

Chapter 1:29-34

July 2, 2022

29 The next day John seeth Yahusha coming unto him, and saith, Behold the Lamb of Yah, which taketh away the sin of the world. 30 This is he of whom I said, After me cometh a man which is preferred before me: for he was before me. 31 And I knew him not: but that he should be made manifest to Israel, therefore am I come baptizing with water. 32 And John bare record, saying, I saw the Spirit descending from heaven like a dove, and it abode upon him. 33 And I knew him not: but he that sent me to baptize with water, the same said unto me, Upon whom thou shalt see the Spirit descending, and remaining on him, the same is he which baptizeth with the Holy Ghost. 34 And I saw, and bare record that this is the Son of Yah.

Greetings Family,

I have been using the kJV translation for this blog because in some cases, the meaning or intent of the passage is more precise. With that said, I simply wanted to focus on two aspects from this passage above. 1) Yahusha's purpose for coming into the world, and 2) Who He came to manifest Himself to.

First, the purpose for why Yahusha, whom the world knows as Jesus, came into the world was to remove the barrier between us and our heavenly Father and Creator. It truly was the love of the Father that sent Him, so that True Israel would be restored to Him and that we would know it was HIm. However, the Most High Yah is a good and merciful being, His love and mercy and forgiveness was extended to ALL who would believe the testimony of His Son, Jew and Gentile.

This is very simple Family and to do this, Yahusha had to suffer many things not only from his own people, but from those who feared losing control over people whom they were using unrighteously.

Yahusha came to set our minds free from the deception of those who would not help man reconcile his soul with his Creator. He, Yahusha said we would know the truth and the truth would make us free. Is this not true for us?

Once we understood the Deuteronomy 28 curses and realized who we were, all of our experiences here in America and all over the world made sense. What is Yah asking of us now is what He has asked before- for us to believe in Him and His Son Yahusha and the sacrifice He made for man; to allow Yahusha to cleanse us from our sins (the barrier that entraps our minds and bodies in deception and separates us from our Creator). When we do this, we pass from a spiritual darkness and death to eternal light of Yah's life to the saving and preserving of our souls. What a wonderful gift for those of us who can receive it!

Shalom!

Chapter 1:14-28

June 25, 2022

14 And the Word was made flesh, and dwelt among us, (and we beheld his glory, the glory as of the only begotten of the Father,) full of grace and truth. 15 John bare witness of him, and cried, saying, This was he of whom I spake, He that cometh after me is preferred before me: for he was before me. 16 And of his fulness have all we received, and grace for grace. 17 For the law was given by Moses, but grace and truth came by Yahusha Ha Mashiach/Messiah. 18 No man hath seen Yahuah at any time; the only begotten Son, which is in the bosom of the Father, he hath declared him.

19 And this is the record of John, when the Jews sent priests and Levites from Jerusalem to ask him, Who art thou? 20 And he confessed, and denied not; but confessed, I am not the Messiah. 21 And they asked him, What then? Art thou Elias? And he saith, I am not. Art thou that prophet? And he answered, No. 22 Then said they unto him, Who art thou? that we may give an answer to them that sent us. What sayest thou of thyself? 23 He said, I am the voice of one crying in the wilderness, Make straight the way of the Lord, as said the prophet Esaias.

24 And they which were sent were of the Pharisees. 25 And they asked him, and said unto him, Why baptizest thou then, if thou be not that Messiah, nor Elias, neither that prophet? 26 John answered them, saying, I baptize with water: but there standeth one among you, whom ye know not; 27 He it is, who coming after me is preferred before me, whose shoe's latchet I am not worthy to unloose. 28These things were done in Bethabara beyond Jordan, where John was baptizing.

 Happy Sabbath and Samba!

Yahuah operates in the earth purposefully through people to establish His word and will. Yahuah is courteous and let's us know in advance about his judgment to come. Both John and Yahusha were prophesied to be born with the purpose known before their births. Both were on a mission from the Most High before they were formed in their mother's wombs.

John was  sent to ready Yah's people and the world for Yahusha entrance, so that when prophecy was fulfilled- in this case, the presence of Yahusha in ministry similar to John, the people might believe in a follow Yahusha after John.

Even though these prophecies were fulfilled in their time, meaning the Jewish leadership, the leadership believed they had to qualify not only John and his work, but also the Messiah. Why did they feel the need to do this when the scriptures foretold of their coming and purpose? It is because they erroneously thought they had ownership of spiritual matters above Yah. Wow, what arrogance. We will see as we continue reading what the Jewish leaderships real intentions were.

When scripture informs you of what is to come. Do you feel the need to qualify it? If yes, by what standards do you discern whether or not a messengers words come from the Most High. Think carefully about this because as "learned" as the leadership/Pharisees were, they actually called the Messiah a devil.

The earth is Yahuah’s, and everything in it. The world and all its people belong to him. NLT

Chapter 1:6-13

June 18, 2022

6 There was a man sent from Yahuah, whose name [was] John. 7 The same came for a witness, to bear witness of the Light, that all [men] through him might believe. 8 He was not that Light, but [was sent] to bear witness of that Light.

9 [That] was the TRUE Light, which lighteth every man that cometh into the world. 10 He was in the world, and the world was made by him, and the world knew him not. 11 He came unto his own, and his own received him not. 12 But as many as received him, to them gave he power to become the sons of Yah, [even] to them that believe on his name: 13 Which were born, not of blood, nor of the will of the flesh, nor of the will of man, but of Yah.

Shabbat Shalom!

It's nice to be able to do this blog on the Sabbath, as it is all about the Word of Yah being made flesh and dwelling among us.

When Yah has something to say to His people or the world in general, He sends a messenger. This messenger can be an angel or a man/woman. The vessel which He chooses is not more important than the message delivered. So John, known as the Beloved disciple was commissioned to be sent to the world to wake them up to the coming of Yahusha Ha Mashiach. Yah is righteous and just-Always. Before He brings judgment, He warns us, so that we might not be not be found still in sin practicing wickedness in His presence. This was John's role: To be a voice crying in the wilderness of life warning man that the Owner of the heavens and earth is visiting and will eventually judge all acts of wickedness against Him and His divine ordinance.

John calls Yahusha the Light of the World. This Light is the light in Every man that comes in the world. Unfortunately. not every man or woman knows this or receives this truth. They erroneously believe that they are their own light, but Yahusha is the light of our souls and without Him, we actually dwell in spiritual darkness even if we are in daylight. With eyes to see, but not seeing the spirit realm, with ears to hear, but not hearing in the spirit realm. It is a great darkness because walking in the spirit matters eternally whereas walking in our natural human minds is only temporary. For these end times, we NEED spiritual eyes, wisdom, and guidance.

Our natural minds are no match for the level of spiritual wickedness now present and ever revealing more of itself, its presence and desire to destroy man, in the earth. Yah in His mercy sent His son to teach us and guide us out of sin, out of Babylon and into righteous living. Ultimately, He has been sent to tell us to REPENT of sin, so that we might enter the Kingdom of Heaven.

Notice, Yahusha came first to His own and was not received. He came to those who should be most familiar with His message, but His people rejected Him. As it is Yah's  way when this happens, He sends His son to ANYONE who will hear, receive, and obey His Word- and that person will receive forgiveness of their sins and admission to the kingdom. It's just that simple.

What is our responsibility? To take heed to the "Johns" that are sent to this world on behalf of its Owner- Yahuah. It is our responsibility to unlearn the lies and deception fed to us by Babylon all our lives. It is our responsibility to secure the salvation of our souls by being prepared for the coming judgement and the coming kingdom. It is our  responsibility to know the richness, wealth, and power of becoming a son or daughter of the Most High Yah.

The earth is Yahuah’s, and everything in it. The world and all its people belong to him. NLT
